| This Tab is used to view, sort, search Notes stored in your database. |
Functionality

- Specify search criteria at the panel right to the grid and Press "Search" . Only criteria with the marked check boxes are taken into account.
For example if you don't mark "Keywords", but specify some keywords the keywords criterion is ignored.
This functionality is added so that you can enable/disable search criteria without deleting values themselves.
- To update specific Note select it in the grid and then edit values appeared in the bottom panel.
- To view Note text in the bigger screen use "Detach Note Text" button. The Note text can not be edited from the detached screen.
- To Archive Notes select the ones you want to archive in the grid and then press "Archive Selected Notes" button.
- Archived notes will not appear in the search result unless your mark "Include Archived Notes" criterion.
- If "Include Archived Notes" criterion is selected Grid will have extra column named "Active". Archived notes will have letter "N" in that column.
- Notes can be restored from the archive.
- Notes can not be restored if they are deleted.
- To create a new Note use Note Tab.
